Arm structure breaking down post impact is a very common problem many golfers struggle with. It reduces clubhead speed, affects consistency of contact and over time can even lead to elbow pain.

This tendency, however, is almost always a symptom, which is why simply trying to keep the arms straight often does not work. The key is to identify the root cause, some of which, but not all, I cover in this video taken from a recent lesson.
