8 Pivot Analysis Checkpoints

This isn’t a camera angle most players use regularly- but it can be hugely valuable for uncovering new visuals and checkpoints that are often missed from the more common down the line and face on views. I really enjoyed putting this one together, it’s an angle that’s helped me highlight key areas in my own swing and I’m keen to share it with you.

In this 10 minute voice over video we’ll break down some important fundamentals that show up consistently in great ball strikers, including..

✅ Hip and Spine tilt at Set Up
✅ Spine Tilt throughout the Backswing
✅ Upper-Lower body sequencing and separation
✅ The Journey the pelvis center takes from set up to impact
✅ Arm Structure and Trail Elbow Depth at the Top
✅ Width in the Backswing
✅ Lower Body Sway in Transition
✅ Relationship between the upper and lower centres at impact

What’s great about this view is that it strips away individual style and focuses on foundational movement, the kind that holds up across the board.
